This wine has been produced thanks to our ancestors´ work who planted and cultivated our 80 to 100-year-old vineyards of the variety "Tinta de Toro" (Tempranillo). We maintain their work treating the vineyards with care and delicacy to release a wine of excellent quality. The grapes have been selected bunch by bunch and fermented in small stainless steel tanks; subsequently the wine has been aged in the best French oak barrels for more than 25 months. Afterwards we let the wine settle in the quietness of our aging room to obtain a perfectly balanced wine of long after-taste, silky and subtle.

Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Temperature maintained at 26°C (78ºF). Aged for 25 months in French oak.

Day after day, moment by moment, during 25 months in French oak barrels, this wine ages to reach the desired perfection. To the eyes it appears dark blue or deep red – rays of light creating colors. Smooth beyond limits, almost ethereal. Ripe fruit and life. Resinous notes and a sweet aroma with a long, velvety finish.
