CARODORUM DE AUTOR

Our author wine is meant to express emotions that make us immerse in the world of wine. Born and raised in Toro, we always look for authentic wines that embody our land, culture, family and work. With CARODORUM AUTOR we want to combine all these characteristics. This wine was born from plots of Pago La Portilla and La Jara, from indigenous, ungrafted root stock, known as "pie franco" in Spain, more than 60 years old, from the wine variety TINTA DE TORO.

TASTING NOTES:

Born full-bodied and it gains strength during fifteen months in a French oak barrel. This dark wine flows red after such a long time in the barrel. Generous with intense and aphrodisiac aromas of ripe fruit and tobacco. In the palate it opens paths to dreams and quiet evenings among rockroses and mountain herbs.
